About the Project
This project will last for 9 months, consisting of two phases. In Phase I, the participants will take online courses and join the weekly discussions, and in Phase II, the participants will use the skills they have learned to apply it to the context of their teaching situation.

Phase I includes 4 self-paced online learning hours and 1.5 hour of synchronous discussion (on zoom) per week. Participants should expect to complete the assigned modules and come prepared to the zoom discussion session. During this phase, 100 participants will be in one of two pathways: Online Learning Pathway & Blended Learning Pathway.

In Phase II, the 80 participants who completed the phase I will continue onto this practical part of the program. Participants will have two options to choose from: 1) Creating Open Educational Resources (OER) to share the relevant topics of their choice based on their training in Phase I including recorded lectures, powerpoint slides, textbook, guidelines and other information or 2) Two synchronous in-person or zoom sessions for the teachers at their own institution or partner institutions to deliver the curriculum they have developed in the language of their choice. For each synchronous sessions, at least 5 participants must be present.
