Gandhi Research Foundation - Student Internship Program

3-6 months internships from August 2020 (Deadline: March 31st, 2020) 

Student interns can participate in a wide spectrum of learning activities:

Promoting voice of "Frontline" Workers: Organizational Justice, Psychological Safety, and Burnout in the South Korea Care Industries

Workers in “care industries” such as customer support, daycare, and nursing are likely to face challenges associated with their lower status, intensive emotional labor, and lack of organizational support. Care workers are highly likely to report perceived lack of voice at work, which in turn leads to burnout and emotional distress.
